About the Event

The inaugural Hideaway Bay Art Festival is a lakeside event designed to bring people together through art, community, and a shared love for beautiful things. Held on the waterfront in Silver Creek, New York, the festival will feature artists and makers in a setting that feels relaxed, scenic, and full of charm.

It’s the kind of day made for wandering, discovering new favorites, and enjoying the atmosphere along the lake. Whether you’re visiting to shop, connect with local creatives, or simply spend time by the water, we hope you join us.

Call for Artists

We are welcoming creators from all locations and across all mediums, including painting, photography, ceramics, jewelry, woodwork, and textiles (just to name a few). The deadline for vendors to apply was July 1, but if you missed the deadline and would like to participate, email us here to see if any openings have become available.

    • Beachfront Artist Village: 10 AM – 5 PM

    • Indoor Artist Showcase: 10 AM – 4 PM (Join us for dinner service starting at 5 PM!)

How to Apply

  • Application Extended to: July 1, 2026

  • Notification of Acceptance: July 15, 2026

  • Vendor fee payment deadline: July 31, 2026

  • Requirements: All participating artists are required to provide proof of event insurance and pay the vendor fee upon acceptance. Outdoor artists must provide a professional 10’x10’ tent and a minimum of 100 lbs of proper tent weighting. All artists (indoor and outdoor) are responsible for bringing their own tents, tables, chairs, and any additional display materials needed for their setup. We kindly ask artists to stay for the entire duration and avoid packing up early.

  • Yes. On-site parking is available.

  • Yes, but both artists must apply and be accepted individually. Please have each artist submit a separate application and note your requested partner in the "Special Setup Requests" section. To maintain a professional aesthetic, we ask that shared booths present a cohesive look.

  • Booth fees are non-refundable after the July 15 payment deadline. This ensures we can maintain the festival's budget and infrastructure for all participating artists.

  • No. We do not take a cut of your sales. All transactions are handled directly between you and the buyer.

  • Load-in begins at 8 AM. We ask that all artists be set up and ready for customers by 9:30 AM.
